All skate and equipment warranty requests must go through your dealer. If you have any questions regarding your warranty, please speak with your dealer and they will assist you with your request.
All wheels are warranted against manufacture defects, for a period of 30 days from date of purchase. Wheels are designed to be used indoors, on smooth surfaces; such as concrete or tile floors only. All warranties will be voided if improper use is suspected. Please contact wheel manufacturer with any warranty requests.
What does the warranty cover?
BAUER Hockey, Inc. will provide a one-time replacement of your composite stick/shaft/replacement blade, IF BROKEN DUE TO A MANUFACTURING DEFECT within 30 days from the date of purchase. The original receipt must be sent along with the serial number sticker, which should be adhered to the receipt - this must match the serial number on the stick. You must return your stick/shaft/replacement blade to BAUER within 14 days from the date the return was created. You must send, at your expense, the product along with the serial number sticker. Please note that, upon examination of returned stick/shaft/replacement blade, if BAUER Hockey determines that there is a manufacturing defect, we will ship the same or equivalent model stick/shaft/replacement blade to the address you provide. We must have a full mailing address; we cannot ship to P.O. box numbers. Visa, MasterCard or bank statements are not accepted as receipts. Receipts must have the store name and address on them.
What does the warranty policy not cover?
The warranty policy does not cover any breakages due to misuse or abuse. This policy does not cover wood sticks/shafts/replacement blades, pro stock sticks, or sticks sold by BAUER Hockey's Team Sales Group. For those products, we will not repair the stick/shaft/replacement blade or refund your money. We will not return ship any broken sticks/shafts/replacement blades.

Fill in the required information and BAUER will send you an authorization number and shipping instructions by e-mail.
You may send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting an authorization number. Please include full mailing address, phone number, model: name of stick, variation: left or right, blade pattern and flex, serial number and date of purchase. A Return Authorization will be created and sent by return e-mail with the necessary Return Authorization number and shipping instructions.

Are there important exclusions/limitations?
This warranty limits the duration of any implied warranties, such as the warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the duration of this express warranty. In addition, this warranty excludes our liability for incidental or consequential damages.
How does local law relate to this warranty?
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary regionally or nationally. Some locales do not allow limitations on the length of time an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.
